I am 62 years old, my father is Swiss and my mother Spanish, so I was brought up
in 2 different cultures.  Since I was 12 years old I spent my summer holidays in
Canada.  I feel so much love for Canada and I have so many great memories of my time in Canada.
I have two sons.
I studied psychology and dance at the same time at university. At this moment I run a dance school, and I also work as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist and a pre and perinatal therapist.
I am a recognized teacher by the Spanish Association of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy,
and have trained seven two-year Foundation trainings. I trained at the ESBCST, with Robert and Maria Harris, and later with Mike Boxall. I have also several completed postgrads with; Michael Kern, Cherionna Menzan Sills, Franklyn Sills, and Michael Shea in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
In pre and peri natal I trained with Dr. Ray Castellino, Tara Blasco and Mary Jackson. This has completely changed my way of working, in every aspect, in my dance, because I am more integrated in my physical and emotional body. In my work at the Dance school, I am more centered.
Using the PRINCIPLES that Ray, created, has improved the relationships with the teachers and students.
In my therapeutic practice and teaching the Biodynamic work I have more tools to be present, holding space, and facilitating others processes and explorations.
I feel so blessed to have received such a precious gift, from my Mentors.  Ray said to us, “We are making a quiet revolution. helping others making safe and healthy connections.”
