YOga Classes

Gentle YOGA Classes are now virtual:

Sunday, Tuesday  & Thursday Classes at 10:00 – 11:15 – classes are 75 minutes in length

First class is free – password is yoga

Single class is $10 plus HST  ($11.30)

Unlimited Gentle classes per month is $60 plus HST ($67.80)
plus recordings emailed available for 7 day

You may pay at the end of the month so you are able to see which best applies to you if you wish.  Payment is on the honor system.

Jennifer started practicing Yoga at age 16. She has been lucky enough to study with some really great teachers over the years that taught her internal alignment sequences.  This transformed her body and has helped immensely with lingering effects of a downhill ski accident.
 ” With Yoga I connect deeply to my spirit, mind, emotions and body.  Coming back to my practice everyday allows me to de-stress,  stay flexible and tone my muscles to maintain good balance and posture.” Jennifer has been teaching in Burlington for 30 years.

What are the classes like?

Jennifer encourages students to be very gentle with their bodies.  There is no benefit to be gained by forcing anything. ” It has been my experience that the more gentle and loving I am with my body, the better it responds.” Jennifer incorporates bits of other modalities that she has studied such as Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, Continuum, Somatic work and developmental movement.
