POSTPARTUM Services

The transition to motherhood/parenthood can be a tough one for all. In the best of circumstances when the pregnancy and birth go as planned it is a big transition and of course we know it doesn’t always go as planned.

I can be there for you. I have many skills that can help you with this transition.

My experience in biodynamic craniosacral and shiatsu therapy along with training in Pre and Perinatal psychology and healing, give me lots of tools to help listen to what babies are saying and assist them in settling.

A good night sleep goes a long way to bringing life into balance.  Taking some stress out of the equation can go along way to helping in that important early attachment time.

Nightime or Daytime services are available. I will help with whatever you need to make things easier.
